Scott A. Lancaster

Scott was born in Winnipeg and has been a life-long resident. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba in 2000 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2005. He subsequently completed his articles with Monk Goodwin LLP and worked with the firm as an associate from 2006 until 2012 when he joined the partnership.

Scott represents individuals, companies from small to large, and financial institutions in all areas of corporate law and in all types of commercial transactions, including commercial and residential real estate, secured lending, asset and share sales and purchases and the realization of security. In addition, Scott practices extensively in the areas of Wills and Estates and assists clients with the implementation of tax planning strategies.

Scott proudly sits as the Chair of the the board of directors for the Children’s Hospital Research Institute of Manitoba and is pleased to offer services in both official languages.
